Introduction to organization and management

What is organization and management?First,about organization,in my opinion,organization is that some persons get together and achieve the common goals.If you ask me,organization made up of people,the premise is the common goals,but the most important thing is managment.There is a chinese proverb,"No rules, no standards",explains the importance of management and the relationship between organization and management.In my view,management is existing in organizations and human-centered。It is focuses on the management of human.It coordinates every members'relationship and let organizations to succeed. If an organization doesn't have managment,it is just called group，not organization.Even animals also have managment.In conclusion,organization decides the direction of management and management decides if organization achieves the goals.
